Just joined the group a few minutes ago, this is a great idea to keep
track of how everyone's doing, I'm quite curious as to how things will
turn out for myself and everyone else involved.
I tried a preliminary diet a bit after reading Mark's post at
stevepavlina and it was working quite well. Felt much happier really,
and I lasted for about 3 hours when I realized I was unknowingly
thinking negatively for a few minutes and had to jump ship. I went at
it again sometime later and after not too long decided I'd wait until
our starting point seeing as I had enough practice (plus it was hard :D)
I'll start for real right before I go to sleep tonight and make a
reminder about it for when I wake up. Might post tomorrow about the
