Cool, I'm going to make a musical list too. I have some written work
to do for this tonight. Do we have a consensus on how long a negative
thought can stay before we have to admit defeat, 1 sec, 5 secs,
10secs....We should agree that first.

I would say EFT is out out bounds for the next seven days Hazel. As you say, you have to focus on the negative while doing it so it wouldn't be suitable in...
