Hi everyone.
I want to achieve a lucid dream, what preset they recommend me?.
I need to use one or more presets?
Iuse before sleep and/or while sleeping?

The stock answer is that you'll have a trancy, relaxed, yet focused state of
mind.

In actual fact, there are different kinds of trances and different levels of
trance.

Self-hypnosis is usually practiced with a "relaxation induction" where you sit
comfortably, close your eyes and begin to work yourself down to a very relaxed
state while still maintaining your mental focus.

--Light trance is like zoning out in front of the TV.
--Slightly deeper states are like a meditation.
--Still deeper, it's almost sleep-like, and your mind tends to wander, the way
it does when you're half-asleep and trying to wake up. (practicing early in the
morning, right aster you wake up makes it easier, BTW). You may feel
disconnected from your body.
--In deeper levels of trance, even though you are totally conscious *while* the
hypnosis is going on, you may not remember much of it when you come out of
trance.

A lot of people aren't sure if they've been hypnotized, since they expect to be
zombied out, during the trance, but in fact, you mind usually stays pretty
sharp.
If you can find a reliable hypnotist to hypnotize you even once, it will make it
much easier for you to replicate the feeling in yourself. If not, you'll get it
with practice.

I would like to entrain my tiny little brain to the theta frequency

Physiologically, there isn't too much difference between sleep
and hypnosis. And in fact, many times a hypnotist would say:
"close your eyes, you are getting sleepy..." to induce
hypnosis. This is because there is no "hypnosis state;" no
way for someone to say "Close your eyes; you are feeling
hypnosis" or "You are feeling hypnotized." That would be
meaningless.

So falling off to sleep is justlike being under hypnosis
(or is hypnosis) and it would be a bad thing if you *didn't*
feel sleepy or deeply relaxed.  Got me? Or did I put you to
sleep?  :-)

how many people on here can astral project i dont mean just close your eyes and

I hsve absolutely no idea what you are talking about but there is something
called the Cymatic brainwave frequency list that is a very comprehensive list of
