I think 'difficulty to wake up and sleepy mood in the morning' describes most of us that work a day job!
Create a preset for yourself since very few of the library presets are any good. Start at 12 Hz and STEP down 3 hz every 5 mins to 6 hz. Hold at 6 Hz for an hour and then step to 4 hz and hold for 45 mins. Burn to a wav file and open in a copy of audacity (or other audio editor - Audacity is free). Take the final 15 mins and fade to zero volume. Burn to an mp3 and play as you go to sleep.
Create another preset that starts at 6 hz and steps up to 15 hz (3 hz /5 mins). This should get you up and going. If you stick with binaural beats then you are stuck with headphones. A program like NeuroProgrammer from Transparent can generate pulse modulation of a surf or rain sound mask and doesn't need headphones. No carrier tones either.
Also, I have no connection with Transparent in any way. They just make a good tool that doesn't cost a fortune.
