Don't waste your time.  Lowry's work in the late 1980s and early 1990s focused on using transducers that were very effective at the ultrasonic frequencies to vibrate bones in the skull.  Your audio equipment isn't effective at those frequencies or for those purposes.  This means that for 99% of the population there will be absolutely NO benefit from adding them to your programs.  Most people simply cannot hear them either due to age, listening to loud music, miltary training around lots of guns or industrial/urban work.  They do tend to drive any pets  in the house absoultely insane since they have no trouble hearing the high pitched shrieks.

There are many more effective and powerful ways to add affirmations to the program.  Vocoding is an excellent method of producing a totally unnoticable affirmation track if done well.  Follow the instructions in your kits on how to do it.  Try keeping the level on the affirmations a bit higher than totally lost in the background track.

Also try stretching the affirmations to be about 2.5 times faster than normal and reversing them.  Add them to the track and mix down to a level where the can be heard but are not distracting.  ONce you have played it a few times, your conscious mind gets bored with attempting to figure out what the track is saying and will ignore it - you won't notice it playing.

Remember that Lowry worked in a world without inexpensive home computers with gigabytes of memory and massive hard drives and fast processors.   There were no affordable CD burners, MP3 recording and editing applications like Audacity or Audition or any of the  other supporting application we take for granted.  As such, his work is 20 year old technology that has become more hype than a state of the art tool.

And unless you want to save as wav, flac or 320 kbs MP3, you've lost the 'Silent' tracks anyway.  Most other subliminals can be saved as 96 kbs with no loss in the program quality.
