Hi All,

I am going to dwnld something soon, but am in a tizzie.

I understand what bin beats are, and I understand hypnisi/self
hypnosis and meditation. I do not are be a computer people though.

that is I see lotsa good stuff out there, or what seems to be good
stuff and yet I wonder if 1) they work, 2) they are complete enough
to use and get my beats in a way I can use them. So I can set up a
regime for use. My idea is not new or novel, I want to use them to
relax weight control etc all the stuff they claim to be useful in
dealing with.

Do any freebie programs have good presets for
weight/booze/add/depression and have a way to put them on existing
music to be burned on a cd, or turned into a file for ipod.

If there are people here on Long Island who can help a newbie it
would be greatly appreciated

let me know

chris
