There has been some talk on here about the uses of white and pink noise and that certain types of noise can actually help sleep by priming the system.
My wife claims she needs white noise to be able to sleep. Problem is that she's pretty much been an insomniac for YEARS! Every night she turns on a fan to create the shooosh noise. Could there be a problem with the type of noise the fan makes? She had a white noise/nature noise generator and that didn't seem to help much either.
Thoughts?
Thanks!
