I don't need sideburns.
Or does anybody know which frequencies stimulate the growth of
mustache and goatee while having no effect (especially sideburns) on
other body hair?

White noise, whether from a commercial generator or recorded sounds of surf or rain, are usually used to mask other noises during the night to help you sleep....
