Re: Wording of subliminal affirmations

Chris,

Try these.

I am guilt free.  I am free of feelings of guilt.  (but guilt over what? if this is a customized program - get specific)

I easily learn new things.   My ability to learn has no limits.  (again, learning a specific thing - math, physics, music?)

I easily remember whatever I want to.  Remembering is easy for me. (names and faces? Lists or information, historical dates and events?)

Keep them positive - if in doubt - look at other ways to say it in a more positive light.

These are good general purpose affirmations.  For a customized program, be specific if you are changing behaviors or beliefs or overcoming/recovering from trauma or additictions.

I often go in depth with website clients who have purchased the support for Creating Subliminal and BWE Recording with Open Source Tools.  This is the type of detail that can make a subliminal program a success with dramatic changes or a mediocre one with questionable results.
