Wording of subliminal affirmations   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #14420 of 14701 |
Hi all,

I am new to all of this and this a great group.

I posted this a while ago but it did not appear on the list.

I am looking for some guidance on writing subliminal affirmations.

From what I have read you are not supposed to use negators such as: NO,
NOT, CAN'T etc. as these are not processed by the subconscious, which
could result in the affirmation having the opposite effect.

However is it OK to use modifiers such as UN and LESS? for example.

I am UNaffected by feelings of guilt.
I can learn new things effortLESSly.
I can remember new things WITHOUT even trying.

Regards,

Chris
