The Nova Dreamer is a deveice that works with goggles to help you with dreaming cues. When the device thinks you are dreaming, the googles begin to flash and you will realize you are dreaming and have a lucid dream. It didn't happen that way for me. I tried Nova several years ago to help increase the frequency of the LDs I was having (before WILD). The goggles weren't that comfortable for me (But then I don't like sleeping with headphones) and all that happened in the month I had it was to be awakened by the lights starting to flash. The books were OK but nothing to write home about.
Audible cues seem to work well for me if timed for normal sleep cycles. This is what our 8 Hr LD CD does with brainwave entrainment and subliminals.
This and Nova are only for normal sleeps LDs though. I have maybe 2 per month and while they are good, I can have up to 4 or more WILD (Waking Induced Lucid Dreaming) sessions each week. We have the only course I know of that focuses on WILD to the point of providing and additional CD with 3 brainwave entrainment tracks designed for WILD sessions.
WILD sessions can be entered with an intent of having a dream and of what you want to do in the dream. Sure you'll use a reality check to ensure you're in a dream, use dreamsigns and other cues but the dream is more on your terms and easier to control. I use WILD Sessions for recreation, seminar prep, creative brainstorming, superlearning (works great to integrate photoread material), synergystic aid to meditation and to supercharge any subliminals I'm using. You determine what happens in the dream and you CAN DO ANYTHING!
You can spend $500 or more on flashing lights or learn WILD for a fraction of that.

I'm kinda' curious on where I can find this device, and not only that, but curious as to what ya'lls thoughts on/about this product. I have seen this listed for at least $500 I'm not even sure if that's worth it or not. Any help/thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks in Advance!
