I have both subliminal studio and subliminal recording system kits for
making my own subliminal recordings.The thing is when I make a silent
subliminal I burn the cd and start to listen to the recording and get
a high pitched noise and I know it's the affirmations at a higher
frequency.When recording the track do I need to lower the volume of
the silent track to keep it from making the noise or is that how
silent subliminals are supposed to sound? What is going to be effective?
