Not really. It takes significantly longer than 30 secs to entrain
your brain so a preset isn't the answer.
You may want to borrow an idea from NLP and create an anchor of sorts.
If you have ever done a perfect shot, or can visualize what it would
look like, then see yourself making the shot in your mind, and then do
something immediately, like snapping your fingers or slapping your
thigh. Now make your shot. As you do this more and more, you will
get to where you no longer need to think about the shot, just perform
the anchor and make the shot. Combine this with a subliminal program
designed to lower your golf score and you have a tough combination to
