Re: Programming the sleeping mind!

The other than conscious mind is indeed where your reality comes from.
Each of us has a set of beliefs that color and influence our
perception of reality. Whether these beliefs hinder or empower us is
up to us.

The other than conscious mind is very active all of the time but get
the chance to really experiment during the sleep hours as it tries to
sort through the puzzles it encounters in our lives; rationalizing
conflicts between evidence and and beliefs, decoding subliminal
messages (you're surrounded by them), reordering and prioritizing
beliefs and a multitude of other things.

Playing your voice back over and over is only effective up to a point
since you are bringing the conscious mind into the mix. The conscious
mind loves the staus quo, doesn't want change. If it did, we'd all be
slim, active, healthy non-smokers. To bypass the conscious mind, you
need to get subliminal messages. These are messages that are not
intelligible to the conscious, language bound mind but can be decoded
easily in the other than conscious. Mixed with a form of brainwave
entrainment you can put yourself in the proper mindset and listen to
literally thousands of affirmations per hour embedded in a
thunderstorm or surf soundtrack.

There are a number of inexpensive MP3 players that also have recorders
that can handle and hour or more. These are available at almost any
large department, discount or electronics store.

You probably have a better solution in the computer you posted on.
Most have CD burners in them that are very capable or creating high
quality audio CDs. I have written a guide to creating your own high
quaity subliminal and brainwave entrainment recordings on your
computer using only open source software that cost you nothing to
download and use. The guide is available at:

Just create the program you want, burn to a CD and set a play to loop
all night long. I have slept with surf or rain in the background for
years and listen to them as background during the day as well.

Your mind is incredibly powerful but I have a question for you; why
wait for a truly devastating condition to take advantage of a resource
you know you have available? Most of the programs I make for myself
target small, very specific areas I need to change. CDs are less than
20 cents in bulk and you can build a program in less than an hour
including burning a copy. Have one you listen to in the morning, one
you drive to (no brainwave entrainment on this one), for background at
work, at the gym, in the evening and when you sleep. Put the other
than conscious mind to work creating the life and eality you want to
live in.

Hope this helps.

Hi Becky, The best option would be a cheap mp3 player (either one that records or record to a PC and then copy the mp3 on to the player) as these can all (all...
