If the CD is any good-- that is, has useful programming-- then
you falling asleep or daydreaming won't matter; your subconscious
will absorb whatever information it needs to know. I was under
really deep hypnosis once, and it seemed to me like I was asleep.
And indeed, there are very few physiological differences between
hypnosis and sleep which lead some people to think that there
really is no such thing as hypnosis. :-)
