I think you're expecting far too much from one technology - this isn't some kind of miracle cure.
For starters, though, try 2 x 30 mins a day listening to a theta preset for meditation or superlearning, ideally as some kind of structured meditation practice.

The general wellbeing is probably best addressed by looking after your body - mens sana in corpore sano, after all! So, get plenty of sleep (early nights are better than lie-ins in the morning), drink loads of filtered water, do some vigorous exercise every day, eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, reduce alcohol consumption to a minimum, avoid very fatty foods or too much red meat. Get outside in the sunshine as often as possible.
On top of that, make
sure you spend plenty of time with people you care about, and find ways of improving your work-life balance.
If you can manage all that, then although I can't guarantee miracles, you should start feeling better about yourself in just a few weeks.

hello all, i was just wondering if anyone can tell me how i can make a preset that will make me confident, sharp, alert, and have a positive outlook towards life.
