Deep Sleep Frequency to Reduce Necessary Sleep Time?   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #13862 of 14701 |
Hello all. Somem time ago, I read about some "electro-sleep" devices
which had a set of electrodes you would attach to your head, and they
would modify your brainwaves so that you could get a whole night's
sleep in two hours or less. I would be interested in finding out what
frequencies are needed to do this with BWGen, if it is possible. Any
ideas?

I have nothing against books, and in fact, I love them. The more, the better; they are a sign of civilization. But I'm not sure I would gladly pay perhaps $100...
