Hello All,

I was wondering what other people have done regarding
lifting their children. Trevor has JEB-H and is
wheelchair bound. He does not walk at all. I am
unable to put him on my hip because of pain and it
causes blistering. He now weighs 52 pounds and is
growing more everyday. Has anyone used a lift? Or
found one that works well? My main problem now is
getting him out of the bath tub. We looked at getting
a bath chair with a lift underneath it but the
insurance will not pay for that because they list it
under bath stuff. BUT they will pay for a lift. The
problem is finding one we can use all the time even
during bath time. Slings are out from an infection
stand point and they will be hard to get out from
under him once we move him. The vest types may not
work either. If anyone has any ideas, I would love to
hear them.
