The thing about DIlantin is it changes the efficacy
and chemistry for any other medication taht you are
taking but I was seizure free on it then I went up to
about 10 pills a day so Keppra was the the only
option that will work well with other medication so
far i have had two grand mal while on keppra I am on
my final chemo treatment so I will look into changing
back to dilantin worked for me , you said you
werehaing surgery where is the tumor located?
