Description
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) has been shown to help people with borderline personality disorder (BPD) and many other conditions, including complex post-traumatic stress disorder (complex PTSD) by adding certain life skills to our 'tool belt'. This group is for people to talk to each other and encourage one another to learn and use the DBT skills. We are not mental health professionals, and this is not a therapy group. We are a group of people who support one another in Building -- and having -- a Life Worth Living.
