Hi dear members,
My name is Christine (Chris) and I'm 39. I live in
Canada. I sadly have enormously low self-esteem and
doubt artistic ability at times - "I sure hate
horrible self-esteem". I think it comes with
depression I have (pretty severe right now) and also
the BPD and early stress/traumatic memory. But being
artistic in my own ways helps at times to distract,
calm and just lets me express in creative, fun and
healthy ways. I like trying poetry and find that
expressive, even if it might make no sense to others
to read! I just thought I would say hi and introduce
myself. It's a pretty rough time right now and it's
