Two slices of bread is two carb servings unless you find some really light
or low-carb bread. A lot of people will use a whole wheat or low carb flour
tortilla as a sandwich wrap. You can also use a whole wheat pita pocket to
put sandwich fillings in. Or you can use one piece of bread folded in half
or open-faced. I usually ditch the bready things altogether and eat the
meat and cheese plain with a piece of fruit on the side.
