The gluten free experiment is going great. I am going to have some on
Friday (beer and pizza, yum) and see how I react. I predict I will react,
just because I feel so good. I have had a couple of days where I have had
mildly achy hips but both times have been after eating restaurant food where
I didn't have total control over ingredients and preparation. So, stayed
tuned on that one.
The big news is that I'm going to try CrossFit at 6 AM tomorrow morning.
Ack! I'm excited. And scared. :-)
