Silly question but it's been on my mind for awhile... How do you
measure a tbsp of things that aren't liquid or powder form such as
raisens or pumpkin seeds? I always assumed that tbsp was a level tbsp.

Ramblings: So far so good on challenge but of course it is only

<smile>! Getting ready for the 4th and upcoming mission trip for
daugher.
What I ate Wed July 1:
1. V8 juice, 3 egg whites, 3/4 cup wheat chex, 1/2 cup 1% milk
2. 4 oz chicken, 1 tbsp teryaky sauce, 1 tbsp dressing, pickles,
lettuce, celery, cauliflower
3. 1 cup chili, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, 1/8 cup 2% cheese, oyster
crackers
4. salad, 2 rolls, 1 tbsp butter, pulled pork with BBQ sauce
5. 1 glass red wine
Total calories 1,648
