Broke down and bought Afterburn   Message List

I'm done with The BF Solution and there's so many books I want to read.  I
didn't really want to spend the money but I REALLY wanted that book.  I tried to
talk myself into NRFLW and then some of the other just food-related conspiracy
books that have been floating around lol.  I can't wait to get it.  I decided
I'm gonna finish the next 6 weeks of TT. I re-read WSFL and I might give it a
shot.  I have to work myself up for the diet part though.  I kinda like the way
I eat right now but maybe just for fun I'll try and see what can happen when you
really follow something as written.  I'll do all that while reading Afterburn
then we'll see if I'm brave enough to do it.  lol

I've noticed now that I'm so used to having a book to read that when I don't
have one, I feel odd. 3 business days!!!  I was not blessed with patience.

I thought Afterburn was a phenominal program. It really slimmed out my legs where I can really bulk up. I followed it faithfully for the 14 weeks but I did...

I dunno, I just found it boring. I really, really like the NROL4W -- the workouts are much more intuitive and make so much more sense than say, calf raises. :)...

I switch things up to avoid boredom. P90X is more of a time commitment than BfL. It's about 7.5 hours a week. ... -- Diane M. in CO [Non-text portions of...

You can't keep doing the same workout and expect the same results. It's the challenge of doing something you're totally not used to that shakes things up and...

I have to agree.  I first did BFL 7 years ago, and did it successfully for 2-3 years. I then moved on to different types of training and let the weights go. ...

My reason was to stop boredom and me quitting.  BFL is great. Can't say enough great things about it but if I kept doing it, I'd probably get bored and blah...
