Yes, I have noticed that fish is not as filling as chicken too.I
think fish digests alot quiker. I just eat more steamed veggies if I
am not full. But is 4 oz of chicken or fish really enough for a guy?
Mens hands are usually alot larger than a womans.

My wife and I started doing the body for life diet together. She is doing the full program and I am only doing the diet as I am not able to workout presently....
