I don't think it took her a year to lose 55 pounds. :) She states
that she initially started the bfl, stopped, and started back like so
many of us have done. But after starting "again"in June 2002(which is
the same weight by the way of when she started the first time) she
lost all the weight by December 2002. That comes out to about 5-6
months total of following the bfl program consistently, which is
about two challenges.
