Well, after falling victim to the Holidays (or my own stress-induced,
decision to not be disciplined), and gaining 5lbs, I'm setting out on
another 12 week challenge today.
The goals I have so far are to:
- Have discipline in my eating (sugar only on Saturdays, and in
moderation)
- Lose 12lbs of fat
- Have three cardio & one UBWO per week
- Do Yoga once per week
- Have some real pride in my BFL achievements
So far, I had a great bike ride this morning and ate well, except for
a little too much at a family Christmas party today.
Great goals, Ben! Congratulations on launching into your new current
challenge. You should definitely take pride in your achievements,
even on a daily basis.

you have some Great goals set for yourself for this Challenge!!
Bon: Wow -- 5 Tri's -- EXCELLENT!! Great Job! You overcame a lot of injuries
(& bike accident/issues) to get all of those completed!
Steve: You've also been doing a Great job with your consecutive Challenges,
working full-time and being able to keep up with your school work!
About the Biggest Loser Premier....I did not reserve the party room for tomorrow
evening because there wasn't much response to get together for the show and
Rebecca called me last night and may need help moving so, if it's okay with you,
Steve...can we all plan on getting together on a different evening or sometime
during the weekend? I'm going to tape the show so I can watch it at a later
time if I help R. move.
