Cindy,
That is so true about the pain that these people are suffering. I think it
really hit them hard when they saw that number on the scale come up in big
bright white numerals declaring that they weight 250+ pounds, 350+ pounds, or
even 400+ pounds. Let's hope for some great transformations.
Steve

HAPPY FRIDAY, EVERYBODY!!

I finally watched the Biggest Loser last night (while I was on my stationary
bike - ha) and wow...it brought tears to my eyes snd not because I was judging
the contestants for being heavy but because I was looking at "What kind of
pain they must be covering up with so much extra weight on their bodies."
It's going to take a lot of hard work, determination and most of all a lot
of "peeling back the layers that run deep internally" for them to
unwrap the real gift -- THEMSELVES!! I really hope they all succeed (especially
the 19 year old who has so much weight to lose)!!! It's going to be AMAZING
to see their transformations.

I had a cool idea the other day (at least I thought so)...I typed a text
message to myself (A reminder because I've always been very hard on myself)
and saved it in my "drafts" folder so when I'm having an "off
day" or not feeling so good about myself...I can read it so it makes ME
FEEL GOOD! It's kind of personal but wanted to share it with you in hopes
you, too, may gain some insight from it and do something like it for yourself.
I will change my text message periodically but right now My text message reads:
"I have a lot of Love, Compassion & Admiration 4U, Cindy!! I'm
your Biggest Fan! Have a Miraculous Day!!.

So it may seem kind of "weird" to do that but in the past couple of
days I haven't felt that well due to a cold, etc. so when I read the text I
wrote to myself "it puts a smile on my face."

I hope you all have an AWESOME FRIDAY & WEEKEND!

Take care,

Cindy

Ben,

Some very excellent points! What a great time to do your HIIT!

Wow! (I actually did my HIIT during the show) \

But holy cow, there will be some really big losers this season.

One thing that hit me was that they don't seem to be having any trouble
finding people to be on the show, and the fact that the cast this season is so
much bigger than ever before, just goes to show how out of shape Americans are.
Now, for the guys on the show, tipping 300 isn't big, tipping 400 is now the
bigger guys. Same goes for the ladies. Previously, 250 was a large woman on the
show, now that's mid-size.

I did like what the one guy (one of the biggest) had to say about the gastric
bypass, that it wasn't a panacea, and he ate his way out of it.

Cindy,

Without telling you what happened and ruining it for you, I'll just say
that Bob and Jillian really have their work cut out for them this time around!
Uff da! After you watch it, tell me what you think. Ben, did you watch it last
night? Anyone else?

Yeah, Steve...way to go -- I can't imagine lifting that much weight.
WAHOO!!! You're right...just getting those weights "moved" can
sometimes be a workout in itself!

Hey...I didn't watch the Biggest Loser last night but I have it taped so I
can watch it this week sometime. What did you think of the Biggest Loser last
night?

I hope everybody is having a great week!

Cindy

This morning I achieved my second PR in two weeks. I did a dumb bell

bench press with a 90 pound dumb bell in each hand! Dang, those

suckers are big! With the help of a spotter on my first rep, I was

able to do four reps total. I'll have to cross that achievement off of

my goal list as soon as I get around to writing it.

The toughest part of the routine was picking those big suckers off of

the floor and getting them back to rack without getting a hernia!
