Hey everyone,
I haven't watched the BL yet, I taped it as well because I had class. Looking
forward to watching it tonight.
Everyone's goals sound great. I have been mulling mine over in my head but need
to put them down on paper tonight. After going to the dentist yesterday, one of
my 2009 goals is to ACTUALLY floss every single day!!
Just had a great ski at lunch and was thinking a BFL ski might be fun. Fun
lessons for all! We could play ski soccer!

You're right...just getting those weights "moved" can sometimes be a workout in

Hey...I didn't watch the Biggest Loser last night but I have it taped so I can
watch it this week sometime. What did you think of the Biggest Loser last night?

This morning I achieved my second PR in two weeks. I did a dumb bell
bench press with a 90 pound dumb bell in each hand! Dang, those
suckers are big! With the help of a spotter on my first rep, I was
able to do four reps total. I'll have to cross that achievement off of
my goal list as soon as I get around to writing it.
The toughest part of the routine was picking those big suckers off of
the floor and getting them back to rack without getting a hernia!
