You're right...just getting those weights "moved" can sometimes be a workout in
itself!
Hey...I didn't watch the Biggest Loser last night but I have it taped so I
can watch it this week sometime. What did you think of the Biggest Loser last
night?

This morning I achieved my second PR in two weeks. I did a dumb bell
bench press with a 90 pound dumb bell in each hand! Dang, those
suckers are big! With the help of a spotter on my first rep, I was
able to do four reps total. I'll have to cross that achievement off of
my goal list as soon as I get around to writing it.
The toughest part of the routine was picking those big suckers off of
the floor and getting them back to rack without getting a hernia!
