Well, after falling victim to the Holidays (or my own stress-induced,
decision to not be disciplined), and gaining 5lbs, I'm setting out on
another 12 week challenge today.
The goals I have so far are to:
- Have discipline in my eating (sugar only on Saturdays, and in
moderation)
- Lose 12lbs of fat
- Have three cardio & one UBWO per week
- Do Yoga once per week
- Have some real pride in my BFL achievements
So far, I had a great bike ride this morning and ate well, except for
a little too much at a family Christmas party today.
