So far I am having a good week. I have definitely more
than a few pounds to lose so I shall see you on Myrtle
Beach for the shooting of "Guys of Baywatch." :)
So far, I have managed to stick to the exercises and I
am averaging 5-6 meals per day. I am doing the
exercises in the evening (5pm) simply because I have
to be at work so early in the morning that there is no
way I can make it to the Gym and be on time to work.
I do not believe in using supplements, rather in
teaching your body to learn to make all the things you
need. That said, I am using the following supplements
to help me get up to par.
1) Discount Champion Protein shake (Powder)
2) One-A-Day Active MultiVitamin (More B12s)
3) Creatine for muscle hydration.
Can any of you recommend some good "filler" foods
which are generally good for you that I can have as
snacks or as much needed compliments to my regular
meals.
