Welcome aboard!! and good luck. Trick? CONSISTANCY!!!! I have done 4
challenges to drop the few pounds (10-30) needed at times. I have
photos of my first and last challenge. But modified it to keep my
weight in check for the long haul. But to get the best
results....consistancy is the key. The program works all day long if
you work the program.
In the past couple years I let go of the BFL philosophy and got bad
out of shape. I'm joining you as well...I had an awesome work out
everyday this week and looking forward to seeing great results with
you.
