Hah!? I wish I had some advice on the eating part of the program.? I am with you
there.? I know that when I am really determined (and starting from a point on
desperation) I usually stick with the eating program (at least for 7 or 8
weeks).??The hardest part about eating for me is that it is a form of
celebration and comfort.? So, I eat when I am happy, sad, or any emotion in
between.? As long as I keep getting food in my mouth every couple of hours, I
can usually stick with it.
Glad you are starting tomorrow.? This is just in time for the holidays!
Oh yeah, and I have my 10 year highschool reunion in a few weeks.? Gotta look
good for that!

Hi Amy,
Its been a long time....well...I'm not in Arizona, moved here a year ago.
But, I will be starting a new program tomorrow...on Tuesday. I will be buying
my food and preparing my meals tonight...at least for one week...but, I've been
lucky enough to have founda workout partner. So, I'll keep you posted on my
progress....
I know what you mean about not being motivated....it was hard to get
going...the exercise part is the easiest for me...its the eating that is
challenging. Do you have any tips on that?
HOpe you're doing well...

Hey guys,
I am starting a new BFL program tomorrow. When everyone else started
a couple of months ago, I just could never get motivated to do it. I
am starting tomorrow though. Is anyone else still working on it? Or,
does anyone want to start with me?
