Hi, Amy! Yes, yes! I am down 8.6 punds as of last Thursday. Woot! That is my
best result so far out of all the times I've started BFL. I think the key for
me is consistency in exercise, and being sure that my aerobic exercise is not
just huffing, puffing, and hopping around, but also includes some compound moves
with resistance bands, light dumbbells, or even sit-ups. The short (15-20 min.)
Tae Bo workouts on Comcast are terrific.
Glad you are back on the wagon!
