My wife and I just started a new one. We have been slacking over the
past couple of months and it's taken its toll on me. Today was our
first workout. It was hard getting up extra early, but it will be
worth it. Usually the first week is tough - especially the eating. If
we make it through this week, we'll be good. I'm already hungry for
some cheater food ;)
