We're still around - just preparing for winter hibernation ;)

Actually, I've been training for the ING marathon in March with my wife.
We've been doing workouts and a lot of running, but we have not changed any
bad eating habits. That starts today, and I'm already hungry. That's ok.
After last nights initial weigh in I have a lot of motivation.

What does this mean? My Tanita bodyfat scale shows a 5-pound drop this week,

and two pounds last week. But in the mirror I see no difference, nor in the
way
my clothes fit, either. Go figure?
