Great! maybe you can share that plan with me. I wouldn't mind training for a
Marathon. It would provide extra motivation. I too have been eating every meal
like it is my last. But, that has to change!
Keep in touch and let me know how you are progressing.

Amy,
I'm much the same. I have been eating each meal like it's my last. So this
week I found new motivation - the ING Marathon in March. It's 26 weeks away
and I found a 26 week training plan. I modified it a little to incorporate
weights, but I'm pysched up to be doing better again. I started this past
Monday. In a couple of months I will do a hydrostatic test to see where I'm
at and where I need to get to.

Hi group....if there is anyone still around.
It has been a year since I joined this group and started BFL. I fell
off the wagon after a couple of months. I maintained my weight for
awhile, but over the summer, I blew it. So, now I am back and hoping
to find some support. If anyone is still around and wants some
inpiration too, let me know. I think I will officially start on
Sunday, Oct. 1, but I will be working on it all week!
Amy
