Boy, am I ever. I was doing GREAT until the July 4th festivities. I got back
on for about one week after, but then fell off the wagon hard and haven't been
back on it consistently (three days on, two days off, followed by four days on,
two days off, etc.). The only thing I've continued is the workout routine and
getting my fruit servings in (right along with servings of unscheduled items
like cheesecake and cookies). I haven't weighed beecause I don't want to see
the damages, especially the bodyfat %. Anyone else able to commiserate?
