Wow, there are some courageous, determined folks here, deciding to get back on
during the holiday weekend...whew. Not after the Fourth? Guess there's no time
like the present, etc.
I'd fallen off in a major way about a month ago--five full weeks of utter
disaster. I more or less kept working out, but the eating, we won't even go
there. I got back on plan three weeks ago and have lost 6.8 pounds. But,
according to my Tanita bodyfat scale, my body fat % hasn't come down one iota.
Not a single point. So clearly, I'm paying the price for some major damage.
