We had a member several years ago named Jeremy. He had wonderful
success with BFL, but made a change to the free day. Instead of
having 1 free day a week, he would have 3 free meals a week.
It adds flexibility. You can go out after work if need be and have a
meal with friends, etc.
I really never did it because I needed that feeling of 1 day a week.
I needed that build-up, but I know several people that swore by it.
You could give it a try and see if it helps through the holidays.
Just be careful to not let the 3 free meals become 6 or 3 free meals
and a free day.
