Hi all, I am new to the group. I am 34, 5'10" and weigh 180. I have
completed one challenge, but it has now been two years ago. At the
time I only lost 12lbs, but gained a lot of muscle.
I am having a hard time getting re-motivated to be at the gym and
push myself! My goal is to lose 30lbs. I think the hardest thing I
face, besides the holidays and food, is going out to eat and having
that one or two glasses of wine.
Going back to having just one free day is a huge challenge.
