August, close enough... welcome!

If you are at about 30% now, 1% per week would seem resonable.
Ending a 12 week challenge at 15 - 18% should be doable.

As for the food... I'm with you there. I did BFL for several years
with great success. Unfortunatly I've been off the wagon for some
time now.

I used to keep a list of foods I wanted to eat when I thought of
them. So if I really wanted that burger, instead of eating it I
would add it to my list of things I'm going to consider for free
day.

It helped me to think that it's not that I can't have it. I just
have to plan ahead to free day.
