I've been a member since August, so I'm not sure if you are talking about
me, but I'll respond to these questions anyway.

1. My name is Chris and I live in Newnan. I'm 28 years old. I am 5' 6" and
weigh around 230 lbs.
2. My goal is to loose my fat and achieve a muscular physique. I know body
fat percentage is more important than just plain weight. But I do not know
what a good goal for body fat perdentage. I think mine is around 30% right
now, but I could be wrong. What would be a good acheivable goal for the
12-week challege?
3. My biggest concern is trying to maintain the eating part of the whole BFL
routine. I LOVE to eat. Not only that, I love to eat things like
hamgurgers, french fries, fried chicken and everything else that is soooo
fattening.
4. I don't really have any questions about getting started.

I'd love to hear some tips from those who've actually completed a challenge
on how to keep motivated early on. I know if you get past the early part
you start to see incredible results which will increase motivation, but the
early part is the hardest for me.
