Back to BFL

I joined this group years ago - after I tore my ACL and promptly
plumped up. To get back in shape I did my 1st 12 week challenge and
lost 30lbs and 8% body fat. I'm 6'1" and at the start of that
challenge was 210 and 23%. That was 2001.

Following the 1st challenge I did a great job of maintaining. I got
to the point where I was racing mountain bikes and lifting at least
3 times per week.

Unfortunately, the usually suspects (excuses) and a wedding have
been hampering me over the last year and I'm back up. I'm at 210lbs
and 23.5% body fat again. I've done a couple of races this year but
it hasn't been pretty. So now I'm into my 2nd week of my 2nd
challenge. 1st week results were 207 and 22.5% body fat. I have a
feeling it will be much harder now that I'm into my 30's. The
weight poured off of me during my 1st challenge. Almost all of my
weight loss came in the 1st month and a half back then.

Never posted before, so I figured I would drop a line since it's
been dead on this board for a little while. My wife is fit but
doing BFL right along with me. Makes meals and shopping way
easier! I'm hoping that posting progress will keep me motivated
headed into the grazing season ;)
