responses, with a ton of suggestions, most of which

I suspect that something on the order of the
"Guerilla" tactics might be in order for me. I've
also concentrated a lot on the weight training, so
perhaps swapping the priority with cardio for a few
weeks will encourage that plateau to disappear when it
next rears its ugly head! Also, perhaps more
attentive tracking of my Free Day munching. Thank you
all! Bobbie--you sound like you are rarin' to go!
