I NEED TO JUST DO IT!!! I need to go get the BFL book & read it this
weekend! I read it a year ago. Now I need to reread it to understand &
implement it again!! I need to get the Eating for Life book! I need to
get plenty of sleep. I need to be patient with myself!
The bottom line of weight loss = cardio EFFORT (INTENSITY) vs. caloric
intake. I must have the Willpower to increase the cardio and maintain the
lower amounts of calories! This will break the plateau. "More" doesn't mean
More time. It means more intensity. I will use the HIIT/"guerilla cardio"
program. I will try the HIIT tonight in the workout!!!
YES! I gorged on "FREE DAYS" and failed to monitor the caloric intake of
that day. I need to focus on a FREE MEAL rather than FREE Day! A quick,
intense cardio on Sunday will also help burn
Those "FREE CALORIES".
MY Diet - NOW THAT IS THE REAL ISSUE! I LOVE FOOD! I love sweets & carbs!!
My blood sugar is always gets low because I do not eat right! I need to
stick very strictly to the BFL 6 meals per day. I Need to time meals
better. I always miss meals and I always eat too late and never eat early
enough! I will have to pack and plan ahead! I need to plan and write
everything down.
