Hey Lizette,
George is right. I would change things up. Take a cardio class that you
haven't done before. With is being summer time...take up swimming or biking. I
took a kickboxing class that smashed the platue! Use your imagination and do
things you never thought you could do. But the main key is up the
intensity..change it up. Good luck.
