Hey Kitty, welcome to the group. I'm so happy that you are seeking a better
way of life. How long have you been doing BFL? Have you completed a challenge?
Have you read the BFL book? How are your workouts going, hitting those 10's?
Knowing exactly what kind of workout your doing would help us to see maybe where
you could tweak your workout and same thing with your diet...are you eating like
EFL says? where could we tweak that? Hope you have a great day.
